Confirmations
Your accommodation requirement will be acknowledged via email confirmation in line with your requirements according to your registration form. This acknowledgement also serves the purpose as official receipt. Please present it when checking-in to the hotel.
Due to limited block of special rates' rooms, the congress secretariat can only guarantee rooms until 1 April after which reservation will be taken by individual request basis.
Participant will not be processed or confirmed until 1st deposit is received. All payments are to be made in US or HK Dollars by online credit card, cheque, bank draft and bank transfer.
Please be noted that all bank charges are responsible by participants.
Changes and Cancellations
Any cancellation of hotel or change of dates must be done through your registration account or by sending an email to the congress secretariat. No change requested by telephone will be accepted. Unfortunately, all bank service charges and handling charge at HK$250 net will be deducted from the refunded amounts. For administrative purposes, all refunds will be made in 30 days after the Congress. Refunds for cancellations of hotel will only be made subject to the following deadline and charges:
