Eligibility to Exhibit
 The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application on its sole discretion. The following general areas are eligible: dental equipment, dental materials, dental machines and miscellaneous related products and services.

Terms of Refund
 All cancellations must be made in writing to Hong Kong Dental Association on or before 2 February 2011. 50% of the total sponsorship or exhibition fee will be deducted as administrative expenses. All refunds will be issued in 30 days after the Congress. No refund after 2 February 2011.
