On-site Registration
It will be possible to register upon arrival at the Congress venue in Hong Kong for the Scientific Main Programme, Workshop, and purchase tickets for the social programme, subject to availability. Payment can be made in cash.

All registered participants of the 2nd HKIDEAS are eligible to access to the trade exhibition over the three days.

Those who are not registered for the congress and wish to visit the exhibition should show a valid trade business card at the onsite exhibition guest registration counter in order to receive a day pass for the exhibition. Passes are non-transferable and not eligible to enter scientific sessions.

Other Registration Details
Pre-registration
Participant will not be processed or confirmed until full payment is received. All payments are to be made in US or HK Dollars by online credit card, cheque, bank draft and bank transfer.
Please be noted that all bank charges are responsible by participants.

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email confirmation in line with your requirements according to your registration form. This acknowledgement also serves the purpose as official receipt. Please present it at the registration counters to obtain your participant package. Details of registration counters’ operation hours and arrival guide will be announced before the Congress commences.

Changes and Cancellations
Any change in cancellation must be received in full and via email. No change requested by telephone will be accepted. All bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amounts. For administrative purposes, all refunds will be made in 30 days after the Congress. Participants are advised to keep a copy of the offline registration form or email confirmation replies. Refunds for cancellations of registration will only be made subject to the following deadline and charges:
