. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If the Organizer is unable to hold the Congress, they may cancel or postpone the event without liability.
No cancellations are accepted after confirmation; however, you may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at no extra charge until 14 August 2026.
No refunds will be issued for no shows at the Congress.
The Organizer reserves the right of final decision in disputes.
